The two parts (top and base) snap-together construction gives a very easy approach for customizing holes in the enclosure. And the 24 different basic versions minimizes the milling need. This altogether gives a very professional result and low cost.

For flexibility the enclosure is available with ventilation on one side only (left or right) too. So, if you have a power supply on one side, that need ventilation, you can have  the ventilation on that side only and still cutomize holes on the other side.

Type 2100 can accommodate up 4x16 terminals fixed or pluggable or other connectors depending on the version. Versions with only 2x16 terminals left or on the underside are also available as well as specials. There is for this reason no number rows engraved in the enclosure as standard.

If you need further flexibility another type of top part is available, were you instead of a 2 parts construction have a separate front and up to 24 large and small covers.

So you have the advantage of flexibly building your own DIN-rail enclosure with the building blocks method.

The possibility of mixing high and low covers with different openings for connectors and with and without ventilation gives not only very wide options of connections, but also design-wise it offers virtual custom specific enclosure/designs.

Due to designed covers it is possible to add different and individual features to the design.
